Data we collect

• Name and email address (at registration)
• Phone number and location (optional, on your profile)
• Company name (company accounts)
• Profile photo (optional)
• Listings, bookings, and messages you create within the service

Legal basis and purpose

Personal data is processed on the basis of contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — we need the data to provide the rental marketplace service. We do not use your data for direct marketing without your consent.

Data retention

• Active accounts: data retained for the lifetime of the account
• Completed bookings: anonymised after 2 years
• Inactive accounts: deleted after 3 years of inactivity
• Account deletion: all personal data erased immediately on request

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Logged-in users can see each other's public profile information within the service.

Data location

All data is stored within the EU/EEA (Hetzner, Helsinki).

Your rights

• Access — view your profile and data in the service
• Rectification — edit your profile in settings
• Erasure — delete your account from the profile page
• Portability — available in a future release

Data breach notification

Personal data breaches will be reported to the supervisory authority within 72 hours of discovery, as required by GDPR.
